- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- 2 years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion - Required
- CHEMO CERT - REQUIRED IN PROFILE AT UPLOAD. NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Port/Catheter/Fistula experience required
- IV Cert./Peripheral IV Insertion experience - STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Previous Travel - Highly Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend license/certs
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- CHEMO
- New Hampshire
- NH or Compact License must be active at the time of submission!
