- As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of the following groups for onboarding and clearance. - Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Submission Requirements
- 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
- ability & willingness to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed
- Cerner experience - highly preferred
- Travel experience
- Supervisory references from within 2 years of employment/contracts
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, and ACLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
