Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

COVID Vaccination: COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. Travel Policy: Local travelers (within 50 miles of the facility) will be presented at a 10% reduction of rate (per hour). To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at upload.
