Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes: 8 Hr Days Mon- Fri 8 am - 4:30 p 40 hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: None / Holiday rotation as needed
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID Requirement: COVID VACCINATION NOT REQUIRED BUT RECOMMENDED BY THE FACILITY. PLEASE NOTE ON SUBMISSION IF THEY HAVE THAT AND UPLOAD A COPY OF THEIR VACCINE IF THEY DO. Traveler Policy: Rate not applicable for local travelers (within 50 miles of the facility), will be considered at a 10% decrease in hourly rate. ONLY TRAVELERS WHO WILL ACCEPT THIS NEED (AND FOLLOW THROUGH TO ASSIGNMENT ONBOARDING) SHOULD BE UPLOADED TO THIS NEED!

Dress code: Hospital-provided scrubs
Patient Load/day: 5-12 depending upon shift working
Patient Population: Proficient in Newborn to Geriatric

• Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Fourth of July and Labor Day holidays will not be approved.

Submission Requirements

• 2 years of current Ultrasound Tech /Vascular experience - Required
• Previous travel experience - Preferred
• MediTech experience - Preferred
