Shift Notes: 36 hours GTD- not considering 48 hours at this time
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On-Call Requirements: No Call
COVID Vaccination: n/aTravel Policy: n/a16 hours unbillableOT is 1.25x BR
The client can cancel 4 shifts per 13 weeks
FLOAT RN- WILL BE REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO the medical care unit, post-surgical unit, and Intermediate Care Unit
Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate the overall care of the patient.

- Flexible, able to prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing patient and unit needs.
- Demonstrates effective teaching skills.
- Responds effectively to patient crisis/emergencies
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
- Flexibility in accepting assignments to varied areas; friendly, helpful attitude
- Recent (within past 5 years) hospital experience- REQUIRED
- 2 years of Med Surg experience- REQUIRED
- Will be required to float within the Medical Care Unit, Post Surgical Unit, and Intermediate Care Unit/PCU- REQUIRED
