Position: RN - PACUStart Date: 1/9/2024 Duration: 13 weeksLocation: Coos Bay, OR, 97420 Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours per Day: Afternoons, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, 8 Shift Notes: 40 hours GTD/ Must float to multiple units including Pre and Post Op Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility On-Call Requirements: 4-6 shifts/ weekdays 10 hours weekends 12 hours COVID-19/FLU Requirement: n/aTravel Policy16 hours unbillableOT is 1.25x BR The client can cancel 4 shifts per 13 weeks Functions as a team member in all phases of perianesthesia care including Pre-Op, PACU Phase 1, and PACU Phase II. Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient in the Perianesthesia departments. PACU or ICU experience - REQUIRED
Recent (within past 5 years) acute care hospital experience - REQUIRED
Certifications don’t need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
