Duration: 13 WeeksLocation: Coos Bay, OR, 97420
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Evenings,12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 10
Shift Notes: This is a 1.0 FTE (four 10-hour shifts per week) evening shift, from 12 pm to 10:30 pm. It may be possible to switch to five, 8-hour shifts per week but will need to discuss with the manager beforehand.
Weekend Requirements: Weekend requirements determined by the department as needed – can potentially be every weekend if needed
On-Call Requirements: No Call
COVID Requirement: n/aTraveler Policy: n/a16 hours unbillableCancellation policy - 4 shifts per 13 weeksEnsures the instruments, carts, and trays are stocked, sterilized, sanitized, and documented for use in the operating room and other departments.

Submission Requirements
- CRCST certification - REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2 years in Central Services sterilizing experience and/or Instrument Technician - REQUIRED
- Resume
- Skills checklist (within 1 year)
- Certifications - certifications don’t need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License - OR license doesn't need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- COVID vaccination - no longer required
- BLS (AHA)
- CRCST or CBSPD certification required
