Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for a CNA - Long Term Care(LTC). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Kingsport, TN 37660
Assignment Start Date: 2/19/2024
13 weeks | Nights | 12-hour shift | 36 hours/week guaranteed The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details. ExperienceEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Shift: Nights 7 pm - 7 am; 36/48 schedule
Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs. I can start the traveller any Monday and you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
Shift detail: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
Radius Rule: The traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area. The radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility. Please include, the profile, skills checklist, and the following items: 1. Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS # 2. Copy of Driver’s License with permanent address 3. Nursing License - # and state of issue 4. Copy of utility bill with candidate's name and permanent address Please put it all into one PDF.

- Previous CNA experience is preferred.
- Previous SNF experience preferred
- Must have current TN CNA licensure
- BLS/BCLS is required
