Mobile Health Team Inc, is a Nurse owned staffing agency that focuses on meeting the needs of our healthcare professionals by offering a variety of placement options, flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
We are currently looking for experienced, hardworking and compassionate Healthcare Professionals to join us and help bridge the staffing gap in all aspects of the healthcare system. We offer PRN, Contract and permanent positions.
Position: RN - Progressive Care (PCU)Start Date: 5/20/2024
Duration: 13 weeksLocation: Brattleboro, VT, 05301
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights
Shift Notes: 36 or 40 hours a week (3-12’s or 2- 12’s and 2-8’s) 1900-0730 for 12’s and 2300-0730 for 8’s/ 36 hours GTD
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
On-Call Requirements: No Call
COVID Vaccination: n/aTravel Policy: n/aThe Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing the health status and needs of the patient, establishing care plans, identifying and planning goals, prescribing nursing interventions, implementing the plan of care, and documenting responses to interventions. The Progressive Care (PCU) nurse cares for patients with low to high complexity, through acuity-adjusted assignments and patients with the potential for becoming unstable requiring increased intensity of care and vigilance. The Registered Nurse delegates those interventions which may be performed by others, assists in maintaining a safe environment for the rendering of effective nursing care, provides education to patients, families, and health professionals, and collaborates with other health professionals in the planning and management of health care.

- 2 years of PCU experience - REQUIRED
- Experience with Telemetry monitoring and cardiac drips - REQUIRED
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- Vermont
