Mobilelink is seeking a Commercial Property Specialist in the Houston area. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of office properties. The position is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, annual operating expense reconciliation and monthly reporting. Excellent communication, professionalism and attention to customer service are all important characteristics of being successful in this role.

Requirements:

• management experience. Not residential or apartment. Must be commercial.
• understanding of financials and NNN reconciliation.
• leased space space/property before-brokerage license not required.
• worked with commercial brokers.
• engage with both potential tenants and current tenants.
• basic maintenance and repair work.
• in sending out invoices for rent.
• in vetting and hired contractors.
• worked in Yardi or a similar program.

Responsibilities :

• Vendor-Contractor correspondence and meetings.
• Handling new leases and managing existing tenant’s leases.
• Collecting rents.
• CAM Reconciliations.
• Annual property budgets.
• Weekly property inspections/visits.
• Processing of Leases and Documents.
