What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Mobility Concepts?
Elevator company is seeking a teachable and dedicated Administrative Assistant with experience in an office setting. It is preferred that the applicant be well versed in the tasks listed below. Tasks would include, but are not limited to:
· Build and maintain customer files.
· Track and schedule short-term projects.
· Complete job closeout documentation.
· Assist with service scheduling and manpower management.
· Enter and maintain service tickets for technicians and confirm appointments.
· Ensure that the phone is answered quickly.
· Research and answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
· Support the sales team and service departments as required.
· Build relationships with customers.
· Assist with special projects as needed.
The Administrative Assistant position will report directly to the General Manager. This position will also be in communication with Ownership and Management on a regular basis.
Skills Required:
· Experience in an office setting.
· Attention to detail.
· Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access.
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
· Ability to work independently, as well as, within a team.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized and responsive to the needs of the client.
· Ability to learn a new industry and a desire to continually improve oneself.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
