What are the responsibilities?

Your primary role will be to support the service and repair needs of Mobility Plus clients in Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and surrounding areas. Additionally, you will support the sales needs of clients in the Tucson, Oro Valley, and Marana showrooms.

Service and Repair Functions:

• Provide 5-star client service in showrooms and homes

• Maintain a clean and organized service and repair area using 5S principles

• Test and replace batteries

• Troubleshoot and repair mobility equipment

• Deliver and set up durable medical equipment (DME)

• Visit clients' homes to take measurements, photos, install, and repair equipment

• Read, understand, and follow instructions and schematics carefully

• Review all resources to learn and independently install equipment for the first time

• Prepare equipment as much as possible prior to installation

• Prepare for installations with all necessary tools and hardware

• Make the correct installation decisions based on site conditions

• Take pictures and obtain signatures for completed jobs

• Complete proper forms for every delivery, service, and repair

• Receive deliveries, inspect, unpack, inventory, assemble, and stage products

Sales Functions:

• Provide 5-star client service and expert mobility consultation in the showroom and on the phone

• Be knowledgeable about all products and services

• Guide clients to appropriate products based on their needs

• Demonstrate product features

• Articulate the value proposition of products and services

• Ensure proper forms are completed with every rental

• Ring up clients, take payments, and print receipts

• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including discounts, refunds, and deliveries

• Help clients load and unload products

• Maintain showrooms, products, and displays in a clean, orderly, and visually creative way

Other Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned

Working schedule

This is a part-time hourly position requiring approximately 16-24 hours per week from Monday through Saturday. This role could potentially become a full-time hourly position as the need arises.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Also includes working outdoors in elements/weather.
