**Mobily - Retail Sales Consultant**

**Role Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.

- Offer personalized and thoughtful solutions to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses.

- Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.

- Assist leadership with store operations and duties.

- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to qualify for additional bonus payments.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and technical aptitude.

- Commitment to outstanding customer service, honesty, and integrity.

- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.

- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.

- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong social media presence is preferred.

- Must have reliable transportation to the location.

- Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.

- Proficiency in operating a personal computer.

- Adherence to company policies while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
