Description
MoboTrex has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time RMA Coordinator at our corporate headquarters located in Davenport, IA. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of freight and shipping related issues and the oversight of the company-wide returns management authorization (RMA) process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Day to day management of all returns, repairs and exchanges for all MoboTrex sites
2. Create customer orders, purchase orders, and credit memos as needed to support RMA process
3. Identifying, initiating, and leading projects to improve service, quality, and operational performance through data analysis, training, coaching and developing opportunities.
4. Working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the fulfillment center to design processes and ensure a great returns experience for our customers
5. Research, execute and manage all freight claim issues across the MoboTrex sites to maximize our claims reimbursement process
6. Proactively evaluate current processes and systems to identify continuous improvement opportunities within the extended value stream and develop and implement best practices in supply chain disciplines.
7. Manages and reviews inputs from Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning for multiple warehouses; including cycle counting, inventory adjustments and physical inventory as needed to ensure accuracy of current inventory levels
8. Anticipating problems and recommending solutions as relate to freight management or returns processing
9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards included within the MoboTrex employee handbook
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is required to use hands repetitively. Occasional travel is required for this position. The employee must occasionally lift up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and ability to adjust focus.
