NYC-based Accessories Company is seeking a Design Director (headwear, soft goods, flip flops and slippers) to oversee its' Action Sports Licensed Brands. Seeking candidates with athletic, street and lifestyle aesthetic and/or experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creative direction, trend boards/presentations, sketches, CADs and technical designs
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage calendar and deadlines, mentor direct reports, manage the day to day communication
• The candidate should have great presentation skills, computer and technical design skills and a positive attitude
• This position requires 4 days per week in the office and 1 day hybrid
