For this position, a hands-on approach is applied to design, entitle, finance, develop, manage, and direct as needed. This approach allows the company to manage the investment in full scale throughout the development process.
Requirements:
At least five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience as a Project Manager or a Construction Manager, or pertinent construction-related experience
Demonstrated proficiency in these areas: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
Demonstrated success in management of projects with a construction value between $2 and $10 million
Familiarity in construction-related software is preferred: Procore, Primavera, and etc.
Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases (planning, scheduling, managing, and closing out) of the design and construction process for 3 to 5 years.
Tasks include but are not limited to contracts review, contractor selection, bid review, budget tracking, photo and video documentation, quality control review, schedule analysis, custom reports, punch lists notation, final inspection, C of O Acceptance.
Verify all closeout documents in all phases of projects to ensure proper procedures are followed and properly documented in a timely manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or queries.
Represent the client to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
