MODE Transportation, LLC is Hiring a Credit Analyst Near Jacksonville, FL

The Clearance and Credit Analyst will provide a wide range of credit evaluation of external customers which requires strong analytical skills to review and assess customer data and financial statements, to determine risk involved in extending credit and establishing payment terms

.

Responsibilities

Analyze credit requests in accordance with established guidelines, review financial statements using Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Credit Risk Monitor Analyze and research customer financial information, contact customer credit references regarding credit information as needed, and manage the customer set-up and credit approval process. Assign and update credit limits as needed and maintain complete, accurate and updated customer files. Prepare credit approval requests for executive level briefing and review. Analyze company financial data, monitor credit limits of current customers’ credit reports and payment history with MODE Global LLC. Determine appropriate credit limits while staying within a reasonable consolidated credit limit, based on the customer’s credit worthiness. Communicate to Collections and independent sales agents, customers that may exceed their credit limit. Initiate the customer on-boarding process after credit is approved. Respond to all inquiries to establish and maintain positive communications and relationships with customers both internal and external. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively interface with customers and internal personnel with tact and diplomacy.

• Must have a High level of proficiency with software programs including Microsoft Office 365 suite products, including but not limited to Excel, PowerBI, Sharepoint, OneNote, Teams, and Internet research on companies.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, displaying strong self-drive and motivation while maintaining a customer-centric approach and contributing effectively to team objectives.
