- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or other applicable standards.
- Assist in the preparation of variance analysis and financial performance reports.
- General Ledger Management:
- Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Audit and Tax:
- Assist with internal and external audit activities, including preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance with tax regulations.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and procedures.
- Implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
