Location: Denver CO

Pay Range: Base $60,000-80,000 Plus Uncapped Commission

In this role, you'll be more than just a salesperson - you'll be a key player driving our company's success. Collaborate with a squad of professionals across departments as you wow customers, meet their needs, and smash those sales targets.

Responsibilities

Now, let's dive into what you'll be doing:

  • Build and nurture relationships with current and potential customers in your assigned territory, using your charm and expertise to generate new business.
  • From phone calls to in-person presentations, you'll be the face of our company, leaving a lasting impression on everyone you meet.
  • Get your detective hat on and research new leads, staying one step ahead of the game.
  • Craft killer proposals and quotations that win over even the toughest customers.
  • Be the hero who swoops in to solve customer problems and complaints, keeping our reputation shining bright.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales management, and other teams to coordinate your sales efforts.
  • Analyze your territory, identify opportunities, and create a plan to maximize your sales potential.
  • Keep management in the loop with regular reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and market trends.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with product developments, market conditions, and industry trends.
  • And of course, don't forget to dazzle at trade shows and conventions, showcasing our products like a pro.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, large equipment, or transportation backgrounds a plus

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software.
