Our growing company is looking for evening and Saturday care for our Patients. This Certified Mid-Level Provider will care for patients under the supervision of the Physician. The shifts will vary between our Little Elm and Prosper Offices, Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
