Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in our showroom, providing expert advice and guidance on kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and brands in kitchen and bath fixtures.
- Drive sales by creating compelling presentations and closing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a kitchen and bathroom showroom or a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath fixtures brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
