  • Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with dental billing and insurance claims
  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations of the office
