We are a full-service multi-location auto repair and tire business serving all of central and southern Connecticut. We have been serving the community for over 40 years and offer a wide range of services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and more. The Tire and Auto Service Sales Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling tires, automotive accessories, service repairs and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and be able to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and assess their needs.
• Schedule appointments and estimate costs for service repairs.
• Advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle.
• Process payments and answer customer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,375.00 - $81,233.00 per year

Experience:

• Automotive repair sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Connecticut: Relocate before starting work (Required)
