ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage and process payroll.
• Maintain employee PTO balance.
• Process Payables.
• Process Receiving inspection, PDI’s and Upload Warranty documents within OEM Portals.
• Assist Dispatch with scheduling and assigning work as required.
• Process workorders for service approvals as directed.
• Answer customer calls, generate repair orders.
• Maintain customer communication throughout the work order process.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

High School graduate and one to two years related industry experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
