Job Summary: Modern Home Furniture
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless and technology products is desirable
- Proficient in retail math for cash handling purposes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
