Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving financial targets. FOSSE / Marsha Experience is a must for this role. You should have been a GM or AGM or FD Supervisor with a Marriott Property.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the business, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of shift management, food service, kitchen operations, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling staff members
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
