Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative and Facilities Concierge has 2 primary areas of responsibility. The primary focus of this position is to provide direct sales support to assigned customers and all personal use orders, coordinates the tracking and effective use of Sales Co-op spend, and other sales support duties as assigned.
The secondary focus of this position is the general maintenance and oversight of our Irvine CA facility and showroom. This position is required to be based out of Irvine CA and will need to physically work in the facility as required for Facility Concierge responsibilities.

This includes primary responsibility for set up, take down, ordering meals, and ensuring the Showroom and Break Rooms are stocked, orderly and reflective of our luxury brands.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm and endurance.
Ability to work flexible hours on the days of office / showroom events (5-10%)
Ability to work overtime as required
Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise.
