Overview:

Entry level Operations Manager for newly renovated small Palm Desert Hotel.

Duties:

- Oversee day to day operations and ensure the highest standards as set by General Manager and Asset Management Team
- Ensure guest and employee satisfaction on a daily basis
- Communicate with offsite team
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Inventory, order and maintain all hotel needs
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Assistance with Front Desk and Housekeeping tasks will be a standard part of this position.

Pay: $24.53 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
