PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The CEO shall be appointed by the Board of Directors and may be removed by the Board at its sole discretion. The CEO shall manage and direct the overall organization toward its primary objectives, including but not limited to operations, finances, facilities, fundraising and grant writing for the Center in accordance with all Board approved policies, plans, decisions and directives. The CEO shall support the Board in carrying out its duties and responsibilities and provide information and recommendations to the Board as requested as appropriate during the course of its deliberations.
