The Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the product strategy and delivery across our order management, planning, and transportation supply chain areas while working closely with the business leadership
- Act as the “Face of IT” to the business, understanding business strategies & opportunities and managing business demand
- Accountable for business relationship management across distributors and internal stakeholders, including executives in MCBC and other business functions
- Translate business strategy to technology strategy
- Leadership accountability for initiatives that may be global and/or cross functional
- Collaborate effectively with business unit leaders to define the business capabilities and experience to be enabled
- Collaborate effectively with internal IT departments to provide an optimized value proposition
- Drive benefit realization and delivery of intended results in partnership with the business sponsors for core business applications
- Collaborate closely with third party service providers
- Drive the transition from traditional project delivery to Agile product delivery and value-stream focused delivery for the customer experience supply chain organization
- Facilitate the transition to cloud-based, digital, and shared platform solutions by engaging business unit leaders in the understanding and value of shared platforms
- Requires travel across the Molson Coors North American brewery network (appx 10-20%)
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience (4 years) in the field of IT
- You have 10 years of experience leading the strategy and delivery of technology solutions, including customer facing, business specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives; preferably in the CPG industry
- You have 5-7 years managing complex projects, leading cross-functional product teams in the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry, and delivering product-based or Agile-based solutions
- You have experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
