* You have a bachelors degree. CPA or CMA certification equivalent is desired.
* Minimum 10 years of experience leading development and documentation of AS-IS/TO-BE/FIT-GAP process models from requirements gathering through conceptual design.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a finance/accounting team lead and/or project lead for large-scale business transformation projects or programs.
* Minimum 3 years of direct managerial experience leading teams with a successful track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
* Expert level knowledge and understanding of Finance and Accounting best practices and SAP Accounting, Finance, and Controlling functionality including process, configuration, and integration points to other SAP applications or modules including MM, IM, SD, PP/MFG, LE, EWM, APO, TM, HR/Success Factors, SRM, and ARIBA.
* Experience with additional SAP ecosystem applications and integration points to SAP FICO including Ceridian, Kronos, Concur, and BPC.
* Knowledgeable with SAP technical and integration components including IDOCs, Portal, PI, XML, BAPI/BADI, user exits, and ABAP.
* Knowledgeable in project management and implementation methodology, including SAP ASAP methodology and agile within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Experience leading and facilitating requirements, fit/gap, and conceptual proof of concept efforts with process owners, stakeholders, and project resources.
* Ability to work independently and thrives under pressure and ambiguity to drive results through stakeholder alignment and successful solution delivery.
* You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to unforeseen issues and constraints that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
* You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development.
