Key Responsibilities

• Email Management and Sequences: Manage email communications and create effective email marketing sequences.
• Weekly Newsletter: Develop, design, and oversee the distribution of our weekly newsletter.
• Course Launch Assistance: Provide support in organizing and executing quarterly online course launches.
• Canva Organization: Utilize Canva for creating marketing materials and presentations.
• Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects: Handle various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media.
• Familiarity with platforms: Kajabi, Trello, and ConvertKit.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with an intuitive grasp of marketing tools and strategies.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently and efficiently.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
• Ability to work during regular office hours (9am-3pm) in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
