Key Responsibilities

• Create project plans
• Track action items
• Send reminders to stakeholders
• Keep project plans updated
• Attend 5-7 weekly meetings to gather and track action items and follow ups
• Organize and maintain Google Drive
• Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
• Platforms:
• Google Suite
• Monday
• Slack
• Loom

Requirements

• Experience in a corporate setting or a project management role (a plus)
• Availability 10am-4pm EST for meetings
• Excellent communicator
• Eager to jump in and do tasks
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• 20-30 hours per week
• Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
