Position Summary:
As a Part-Time Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical appearance and safety of our community grounds. Your efforts will ensure that residents and prospective tenants enjoy a clean and attractive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartments and ensure proper disposal of trash.
- Regularly pressure wash breezeways and common areas as scheduled.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all community areas, including amenities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests and work assignments.
- Conduct daily inspections to remove trash, debris, and pet waste from the grounds.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of workshop and utility areas.
- Assist in coordinating make-ready repairs to meet deadlines.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Groundskeeper preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and respond to property-related emergencies.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment as per Momentum and OSHA guidelines.
