We are a thriving, high-performance dental practice looking for a rock star Dental Assistant/ professional to join our team! The person in this role will answer incoming calls, conduct consultations, build rapport, and establish a genuine connection quickly. The candidate chosen for this position will represent our commitment to exceptional patient care and service. Additionally, the individual in this role will serve as a partner to the Treatment Coordinator in our practice to help patients move forward with treatment when needed. You'll be part of a dynamic work environment, trusted to contribute to improving the lives of our patients. This full-time position offers a chance to feel satisfied, knowing you're making a positive impact. This person must have a strong background in patient satisfaction, with at least 2 years of Assisting experience preferred. Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven patient experience process.

*Dental experience is preferred, but NOT necessary for the right candidate. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering patient calls and scheduling new/current patients
• Greeting patients and assisting with paperwork as needed
• Facilitating new patient experience and acting as a liaison between the front office

and clinical team

Identifying individual treatment goals and guiding patients toward a YES

• Collaborating with a team committed to excellence in patient care
• Assistant duties include 4 hand assisting, Lab case monitoring, supply procurement, patient education, patient flow and follow up
