Momentum Early Learning is a family owned child care center in Sussex, WI. We are professional and have high expectations for our staff. This position would be caring for infants ranging from ages from 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during play time, meal times, diapering/bathrooms, nap times, and outdoor times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your classroom
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's day and developmental progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of allchildren at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, such as preschool, babysitting, nannying, or daycare experience
-Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Education or related field
-State-Approved education books
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage a classroom with help of a co-teacher
- First aid and CPR certification preferred to start (required when assuming position)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Please note that this position may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
