Description
Momentum Investment Group is an established, hyper-growth real estate investment company looking for an individual with professional office experience and a detail-orientated and follow-through approach to join our team and help drive us to the next level.
Position Overview: This is an entry-level assistant position with the potential to grow into a full-time career. This position requires solid computer and research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal abilities, and an aptitude for organization and coordination.
The primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance that allows the business owner to stay focused on the most important tasks. This will first require high-level administrative support and assistance. However, this may also include the occasional personal chore such as organizing a personal schedule, picking up a grocery order, or dropping/picking up a kid.
You must have the ability to work well with all levels of internal staff, outside clients, and vendors. You must be very trustworthy, sensitive to confidential information, and possess practical discernment.
Responsibilities
Job Specifics:
•Part-time role with potential for full-time advancement
•$20-25 per hour
•Hybrid - work from home, and in person as needed - near Bremerton, WA
•Must be able to provide a calm, quiet work environment
•Provide your own computer to work from that is capable of handling calls, video meetings, etc. (Laptop or Desktop)
•Working headset and video camera
•A suitable work-from-home space
•Internet connection
Responsibilities:
•Overall and proactive desire to help/support
•Email management
•Basic bookkeeping
•Warm lead follow-up, qualifying, scheduling
•Calendar management
•Meeting preparation
•Great at working with a team
•Create systems for tasks regularly performed
•Research, learn, then implement new systems
•Maintain an accurate account of "the plan" and statuses
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
•Catch the important details and make sure they get addressed
•Detail follow through
•Possession of exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
•Organize a priority-based daily workload
•Meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
•Develop and implement effective systems for task management, workflow organization, and overall productivity enhancement
•Ability to listen to a conversation and hear important details, then organize them
•Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all situations
•Understanding of various social media platforms
•Willingness to perform occasional personal assistance (pick up groceries, or drop off a kid)
Qualifications
Must-Have:
•High school diploma, equivalent, or other strong experience/reference
•Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
•Proficient in Microsoft and Google products
•Microsoft: Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A basic understanding of other products is helpful
•Google Suite: Proficient with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets. A basic understanding of other Google products is helpful
•(Note: There are other programs like CRM programs, Notion, etc. For anyone who has these other skills, these other platforms should be easy enough to learn)
•Willingness to commit to at least one year of employment
•Note: We understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise, but we do want a person who is committed to the position
•General tech savviness
Would be nice to have:
•At least a basic working knowledge and experience in WordPress
•Would be good to have some experience with productivity and/or project management tools/apps. For example, tools like Clickup, Microsoft Project, or Notion
•Note: We intend to build out a company system using Notion or a similar product
