We are seeking two (2) contract (1099) Handyman/Handyperson to become an extension of our team!

You will perform work to help commercial clients and contractors as well as homeowners with various repairs and installations. This role requires carpentry experience and customer relationship skills.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Commercial Work:

• Install doors - both pre-hung and slab
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Install ceiling tiles
• Other, as needed.

Residential Work:

• Minor plumbing - replacement of faucets and toilets
• Minor electrical - change electrical switches and outlets.
• Drywall repairs.
• Painting.
• Assembly of furniture, swing sets, patio furniture, and other items.
• Repair window and door screens.
• Install doors both pre-hung and slab.
• Install/mount TVs.

Qualifications:

• Ethical, moral, and respectful behavior toward everyone.
• Proof of US Citizenship
• Ability to pass a background check
• Drug-free
• Proficient in English, multi-lingual a plus
• Reliable transportation to carry tools and equipment and Colorado state vehicle minimum insurance required
• Good driving record
• Cell phone and email access

• Good listener and communicator
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting and transporting heavy items.
• Ability to track mileage.
• Willingness to wear suitable professional clothing (pants and closed-toed shoes) and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, eye protection, and visibility vests.

What you bring:

• Tools to accomplish responsibilities.
• Ability to occasionally work before or after normal business hours
• Previous experience in repairs and maintenance or other related hands-on trade work

Compensation: Starting at $40 per hour bonuses

This is a part-time, contract role with mileage reimbursement at the Federal rate and monthly bonuses. Plus, the opportunity for annual bonuses. This role may develop into a full-time role for the right person.
