Monarch Manufacturing, Inc.’s Engineering Department’s Engineers are responsible for assisting the Production Team by answering questions and preparing drawings, lists, and instructions for orders.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sullivan, Illinois.
PAY SCALE:
$20.00 to $23.00 an hour. This is based on experience with the potential to increase at 30/90-day performance reviews.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM. (40 hours a week).
