Overview
Job Title : EVS Lead Custodian
Salary : $23 - $25 / hour
Shift : Varies
Status : Full time

Responsibilities
This person will contribute to our success by providing superior cleanliness and sanitation throughout the property.
- Supervises 12-20 Public Area Housekeeping Department Team Members
- Supervises performance management for their direct reports (coaching, discipline, recognition, performance reviews, etc.)
- Maintains regular communication with department management
- Responsible for assigning daily sections and following up during shift with inspections
- Assists in cleaning all casino areas including casino floor, buffet and parking garage
- Duties include but are not limited to scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming and moping
- Supervises team assignments and follows up to ensure completion to Company Standards
- Assists with PAH supplies inventories
- Supervises scheduled team projects for ensuring a job well done
- Cleans and stock PAH related restrooms
- Empties trash containers from all areas of the property related to PAH
- Reports broken items to management or Facilities department
- Assists other departments with cleaning when needed
- Provides excellent guest service
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow instruction
- Detail-oriented
- Professional attitude is required
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands
- Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs pounds and occasionally up to 45lbs
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed
- Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
