POSITION : Maintenance Technician
SCHEDULE : 8 : 30-5 : 30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.
LOCATION :
Bavarian Woods Apartments
154 Bavarian Street
Middletown, OH 45044
Responsibilities :
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
- Assist in coverage of a 24 / 7 emergency on-call system
Requirements : -High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in the maintenance field preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience
- EPA Universal Certification a plus
- CPO Certification a plus
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

- Bonus structure to include daily on-call for emergency maintenance ($100 a week and min 1.5hrs paid time on call outs)
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750!
