Today we are looking for a full time / year round groundskeeper to join our TEAM at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan.

PAY: $15 an hour plus up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!

Schedule:
M-F 8 AM to 5:00 PM dayshift hours, 40 hours a week. Full time year round work.

Responsibilities:

• Tree and bush trimming, grass cutting, and care of property grounds
• Ensuring property and all public interior and exterior areas on site are clear and clean
• Spring and fall cleanup projects
• Maintenance, care, and inventory of all grounds-work and housekeeping related equipment
• Assist maintenance staff in areas such as light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
• Assist maintenance staff in make readies/apartment turns

Requirements:

• General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks
• Ability to safely operate equipment
• On call for snow removal
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process
