Description

• Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping

• 6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Skilled problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills

• Industry competitive compensation ($15 - $17/HR DOE)
