IMMEDIATE HIRE - APPLY TODAY! Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking to hire 2 Maintenance Technicians to join our team to assist with special maintenance projects across multiple properties (about 8 in total) in the Minneapolis / Brooklyn Park region .
This is a hands on maintenance position with guaranteed full-time hours each week. You will work closely with our amazing Maintenance Rover.

APPLY TODAY! Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required :
- 6 months experience in multifamily housing maintenance or construction
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO certification a plus but not required
- EPA certification a plus but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Compensation and Benefits :
- Compensation is $20 - $25 / hour (depending on experience)
