Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our TEAM in the St. Cloud and Waite Park regions of Minnesota. 
Compensation is between $20 - $23/hour, depending on experience, PLUS renewal commissions at up to $100 per renewed lease. This position requires you to travel to multiple properties in our region: The Legacy of Waite Park, Pointe West and Gatewood Apartments.

This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, drug screen (we do not check for THC) and a credit review.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists the Property Manager with all property operations
• Ensure tenant renewals are being captured (commissions paid)
• Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Assists Property Manager with all marketing efforts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years' experience in multifamily housing preferred but not required
• Must have a Sales and Administrative Office background
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry
software, YARDI preferred
• Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills

A valid driver's license is REQUIRED as you will be driving to multiple properties as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:• Pay is $20 to $23/hour PLUS Up to $100.00 commission for each lease renewal!
