Job Description
- Can confidently manage the flow of tables to ensure guests are seated on time.
- Balance tables between servers so they can provide the best experience to guests
- Communicate with the team and make sure birthdays, anniversaries and special requests are taken care of.
- Maintain a friendly and calm attitude
- Seat guests at their tables in a friendly manner
- Keep track of and Clean menus
- Answer the phone and return voicemails
- Keep the host stand clean and presentable at all times
- Manage To-go orders and ensure the right orders are handed to guests in a friendly manner
- Assist with bussing/turning tables to ensure guests are seated on time
