Leading packaging company that specializes in providing innovative solutions for the food and beverage industry. Currently seeking a skilled Thermal Lamination Operator.

As a Thermal Lamination Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our thermal lamination machines to produce high-quality laminated packaging materials.

Your main goal will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and maintain thermal lamination machines according to production specifications and quality standard
• Monitor the lamination process to ensure that products are laminated correctly and meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the lamination process
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and record production data, including material usage, machine performance, and product quality
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate any production or quality issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating thermal lamination machines in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
