Monclus Vending Services is Hiring an Assistant Operations Manager Near New York, NY

Job DescriptionMonclus Vending Services is a vending machine supplier in NYC, providing excellent repair services, vending equipment, and any other vending-need to the public for over 5 years. We are looking to hire an Assistant Operations Manager who is capable of supporting the Operations in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company. The selected individual is required to efficiently communicate with the rest of the team, and promptly coordinate processes that will allow us to achieve the set goals for the operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Operations in overseeing daily processes and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating operational activities, such as scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, reaching out to customers, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Help implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and issues.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement of daily operations.
  • Guide the operations team to successfully achieve company goals.
  • Vendor management and procurement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the field of management; Managing teams, projects, or processes.
  • Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking: ability to develop and implement strategic plans and goals.
  • Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Time management: ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers.
  • Adaptability and flexibility: ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Coaching and development: experience in mentoring, training, and developing team members.
Technical skills: Skilled with spreadsheets, Google platforms, video meetings, and E-mail communication.
