Job Title: Senior Account Supervisor

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: NYC | Hybrid, in-office 2-3x per week

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 inclusive of base bonus

Our client is an outstanding consulting and communications firm specializing in the healthcare, pharma, and biotech industries. As a senior account supervisor, you will have the opportunity to advise clients with research and strategy work done through a communications and stakeholder engagement lens.

The Role:

• Develop communications programs and annual plans, including both traditional and social media elements.
• Daily management of the agency account team members and supervision of account activities.
• Client's daily point of contact.
• Independently manage some projects.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in communications or a related field; experience in an agency environment preferred.
• Experience managing projects and teams.
• Experience managing client budgets.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and account service staff.
• Interest and experience in working with clients in a partnership role.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work.
