Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Engagement Manager to lead the development and marketing of our luxury beauty brands. This role demands a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, a passion for luxury, and the drive to excel and surpass expectations. The ideal candidate will oversee brand development from ideation through to market launch, manage key projects, and ensure alignment with market trends and competitive insights.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the global brand strategy for luxury beauty products, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand identity.
• Manage projects from conception to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and partnership with markets for a comprehensive 360-degree launch.
• Ensure project feasibility and profitability through effective cost management and oversight of the artwork process.
• Collaborate with agencies and key stakeholders to build strong partnerships and drive project success.
• Assess digital and social media needs, develop aligned concepts and assets, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Identify and address gaps in the market based on competitive landscape and trend analysis.
• Stay updated on competitive trends and insights across various platforms (social media, blogs, print, TV, OOH, POS).
• Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated consumer launch plans, including POS displays, social media assets, product descriptions, and activations.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of global marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in the beauty industry, with expertise in marketing and digital strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in brand development and launch management, with examples of resilience and successful project outcomes.
• Strong appreciation for luxury beauty and fashion, with an understanding of the brand's identity and market positioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong ability to self-manage projects and overcome obstacles independently.
• Demonstrated competencies in leadership, entrepreneurship, achievement, and innovation.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with luxury beauty brands and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with the fragrance industry and the Ralph Lauren brand.
• Additional experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
